Who would have thought that I’d be writing children’s books? For much of my life, I was illiterate and dyslexic, only learning to read at the age of 32. I still need help with spelling (thank goodness for spell check). As a mother of three and a grandmother of five, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with children. Reading and spelling can be challenging. Remember to breathe and relax when reading or reading aloud. I aim to inspire kids to be kind and never stop learning. My stories often draw from real-life events, reimagined with different characters. I hope to encourage everyone to be creative and believe in themselves.
